This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and can confidently manage a wide variety of daily office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate schedules, calendars, and appointments Handle warranty claims, service requests, and follow-up communication Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Respond to emails promptly and accurately Greet customers, clients, and visitors as needed Maintain organized office files, records, and documentation Assist with data entry, reports, and general administrative tasks Support team members with day-to-day office needs Help with special projects and take on additional duties as assigned Be flexible and willing to handle anything and everything needed to keep the office running smoothly
Qualifications:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient with email, phone systems, and basic computer programs Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
