Full Job Description Front Office & Customer Service Phone Management:
Promptly and warmly answer incoming phone calls, address inquiries, screen calls, and take detailed messages.
Scheduling:
Book, modify, and confirm client appointments while optimizing the service providers' schedules.
Client Check-in & Out:
Greet clients upon arrival, provide assistance while they wait, and manage client checkout. Closing Out Clients & Transactions Point of Sale (POS): Accurately process payments using the cash register
Facility Cleanup & Maintenance Post-Service Reset:
Clean up and sanitize after every service
General Tidiness:
Maintain the front desk, waiting area, and common spaces in a clean, organized, and presentable condition throughout the day.
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
