Job Description

Camoro Salon Is A High End Hair Salon Located in Southport, CT. At The Delamar Hotel. We're Looking For a Front Desk Receptionist To Work Tuesdays thru Saturdays (Saturdays a must) .
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients professionally (both in-person and over the phone), managing appointments and cancellations, answer client questions about services, pricing and products, handle inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner, manage salon (stylist/colorist) scheduling in software (mango mint), update client's information, process payments and manage transactions using salon system and credit card merchant services product, maintain a clean and organized front desk, provide assistance to staff and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent is often a minimum requirement
Compensation/Benefits :
Compensation depends on experience plus 1 week paid vacation, complimentary hair service and there's room for growth Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist where your contributions will make a significant impact on our operations and client satisfaction! Experience with social media is preferred but not required.
