At our Rarebreed clinic, you can help reimagine the veterinary experience in your community. Our typical day consists of seeing a mix of both sick and wellness appointments, as well as surgery days for dentals and routine surgeries. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet clients and pets in a professional, compassionate manner Answer phone calls, emails, and appointment requests Schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits Maintain accurate patient and client records Process payments, invoices, and insurance claims Supervise and support reception staff Train new front desk employees on clinic procedures and software Resolve client concerns or complaints professionally Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and clients Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming Monitor inventory of office and reception supplies Assist with administrative reports and daily clinic operations

REQUIREMENTS
