  • 2 Days Per Week Mansfield Orthodontics | Mansfield, CT We're a small but growing fully digital orthodontic practice with a cozy, comfortable environment that our patients and our team genuinely love — and we're looking for our next Rock Star to join us at the front desk!
This is a permanent part-time position: Wednesdays and Fridays, plus one Monday per month (usually 8am-5pm). We want to be upfront about that from the start, because we're not looking for someone who's settling for part-time — we're looking for someone for whom this schedule is actually the right fit. What you'll be doing: Greeting patients, keeping the reception area welcoming, checking patients out, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to texts and emails. We call the position "Patient Concierge." Who you are: You're mature, reliable, able to multitask, and allergic to drama. You're a team player who takes pride in doing things right and treats every patient interaction like it matters — because it does. Must have clerical skills, computer skills, and great phone etiquette. Prior dental experience and conversational Spanish are a plus, but we'll train the right person — orthodontic experience is not required. What we can't train is kindness, a calm presence, and a genuine eagerness to learn. Must be physically able to walk up a flight of stairs.
