1st Shift, Days Position Summary The Receptionist is the central point of communication among patients, providers, other members of the health care team and client companies. She/he provides a superior level of service excellence to patients, providers and staff in a caring and supportive manner. Maintains strict patient confidentiality of personal and financial information of patients at all times. Responsibilities Provides registration data entry clerical and reception functions including answering and routing telephone calls greeting patients scheduling appointments processing medical records requests filing and any related tasks as delegated by the Manager.
