Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems and maintain accurate client records. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about services, products, and promotions. Assist the team with daily salon operations Perform cashiering duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and processing payments accurately. Stock and organize retail shelves, assist with inventory management, and ensure cleanliness of the reception area. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles; supervisory experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math calculations. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities. Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately; prior experience in grocery store or retail settings is advantageous.
