This includes documenting of peer-led meetings and ongoing client safety checks. Full-Time / Non-Exempt Pay Range begins at $20.00/hour
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience with recovering persons preferred. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred. Must have organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using the phone, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times. Valid Driver's license required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains appropriate clinical records and reports according to established timelines. Participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings regarding client treatment and meets weekly with the Clinical Supervisor or Supervisor. Provides transportation to clients for appointments as needed. Conducts rounds consistently to ensure client and environmental safety. Maintain the cleanliness of the program Answer incoming calls and ensure that all callers are assisted appropriately. Provide information about Dempsey program as well as other agency programs. Order office supplies and assist staff with submitting purchase orders. Sort incoming mail. Accept deliveries. Submit facilities work orders for maintenance. Any additional responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.
