The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office by providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to patients and staff. Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the physician's calendar efficiently
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage
• Copay collection
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
