Top 3 Medical Spa in Washington DC Front Desk Associate•Part-Time About Us Georgetown Allure has been ranked among the top 3 medical spas in Washington DC for three consecutive years. Our clients are loyal, results-driven, and return consistently because of the standard we maintain. We are growing and looking for the right person to grow with us. This Role Was Written For You You are building your career in aesthetics and you want to be inside a practice that takes it as seriously as you do. You may be enrolled in an esthetics program or transitioning from a related field. Either way, you follow the industry closely, you care about results, and you show up professionally, in person and online. We identify the right person and invest in them. Your Responsibilities Welcome clients and set the tone for every visit. Support scheduling, confirmations, and daily office flow. Maintain accurate client records in our EMR system. Educate clients on treatments, memberships, and retail products. Guide prospective clients from inquiry to booked appointment. Represent Georgetown Allure professionally in person and on social media. Actively engage with our content and uphold our brand standard across every digital touchpoint. What We Are Looking For Experience in aesthetics, medical spa, beauty industry or a related field preferred. A genuine passion for skincare and aesthetic treatments. EMR proficiency required. Google Workspace and Microsoft Office fluency required. Social media experience is a must; Instagram or LinkedIn preferred. Esthetician license or current enrollment strongly preferred. Student estheticians encouraged to apply. Weekend availability required. What You Receive Hourly rate plus commission and performance bonuses. Employee discounts on treatments and products. Pay:
$20.00•$25.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have experience working in a medical spa, aesthetics clinic, plastic surgery office, or luxury beauty environment?
