Front Desk Receptionist

We are a fast-paced, growing Oral Surgery practice seeking an ambitious and dependable team member to join our amazing staff! We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer service to our patients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with people, and can multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Answer and manage a multi-line phone system Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for six doctors across three office locations Obtain and verify medical and dental insurance information Prepare and maintain patient charts and records Greet and assist patients with professionalism and compassion Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Perform general front office duties

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is preferred, but not required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor Outstanding customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, works well with a team, and is committed to helping create an exceptional patient experience.
