Job Title:
Part-time Front Desk Receptionist
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Summary:
The Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist will staff and manage reception in either the morning or afternoon shift during office hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday; 8am-2pm Fridays. Requirements Fully bilingual English/Spanish High School Diploma/GED Associate's Degree + in related field, i.e., Human Services, Social Work, Criminal Justice preferred 1-2 years experience working in an office handling administrative tasks Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities Excellent communication, oral/written, and computer (MS Office 365) skills Establish/maintain effective working relationships with other providers and programs Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with peers and volunteers Ability to work effectively and sensitively with individuals and families Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, collect and disseminate information and direct calls as needed Assist clients with resources that would improve their well-being Bill for services rendered for immigration services, translation, and notarization Process incoming and outgoing correspondence Ensure that all account payables checks are signed and mailed Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs for the agency Submit all required reports/paperwork within established time frames Ensure that lobby and outside areas look presentable Ensure that trash is taken out weekly Participate in conferences, trainings, forums, and meetings Maintain client confidentiality Other Duties Participate in internal and external activities as directed Other duties that may arise
