- Handled front desk duties checking in and outpatients.
- Insurance verification, flags, voicemails and other duties as assigned Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Open to different backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, and service industry
- Medical Experience background in Patient Services
- Basic or advanced knowledge of the EPIC electronic medical record system or other EMR's is a Preferred
- Basic or advanced knowledge of medical data reporting systems
