What You'll Do As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with check-ins and check-outs. Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Managing reservations and maintaining accurate records in our system. Addressing guest needs and resolving any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience. Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient front desk operation. What We're Looking For We're seeking candidates who bring a blend of professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. Here's what you'll need to succeed in this role: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to stand on your feet for much of your shift. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others. Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (preferred but not required).
