Front Desk Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and growing our client base.

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering inbound calls and building lasting client relationships, delivering an unparalleled customer experience Scheduling appointments and following up on customer satisfaction Greeting customers both in-person and over the phone Developing rapport Initiating and maintaining communication with customers via phone, email, and internet leads to set appointments Performing other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Call center or customer service experience is highly preferred Strong motivation and persistence to succeed Proficient in using computers and the internet Energetic, enthusiastic, and organized with excellent communication skills Strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation A solid work ethic with a passion for providing superior service Must be a self-starter with an outgoing, customer-focused Rehoboth Auto Repair is now employee owned! We are an eight-bay general repair shop located in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Since inception in 1991, we have become THE auto repair shop in Rehoboth Beach, working on over 8000 job tickets per year. In 2021, our shop buildings and equipment were upgraded and now we work out of three buildings with air conditioning and heating.

Pay:

$17.00 - $23.00 / hour
