The Willis Family of dealerships has established their business with the focus on providing exceptional quality service by meeting the needs of its customers, Whether it be the sale of a new car, service of an existing vehicle or repair of a vehicle involved in a collision, Willis Chevrolet Buick is your full service, hometown dealership for all of your automotive needs. This position is currently Monday through Thursday 7:15-4:00 PM and Friday 8:00AM-5:30PM. Also requires some Saturdays 9:00am -5:00pm Job Description Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner. Switchboard operator. Fields calls/pages to appropriate dealership personnel. Computes customer bills. Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; records amount received. Makes change and issues receipts to customers. Provides refunds to credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise or as directed by management. Reconciles cash drawer. Fields questions from customers and/or customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution. Maintains professional presentation. Keeps work area neat and clean. Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Proficient with multi-line telephone system and computer skills Minimum of 1 year experience as cashier, receptionist or similar position People focused and obsessed with providing great customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Strong organizational and time management skills Professional appearance and strong work ethic Willis Chevrolet is proudly an
