Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our office in Wilmington, Delaware. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to help ensure a positive and efficient office environment. Based on general knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Based on general knowledge.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Based on general knowledge.

Maintain the front desk area so it remains clean, organized, and welcoming. Based on general knowledge.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Based on general knowledge.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations. Based on general knowledge.

Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation. Based on general knowledge.

Monitor office supplies and coordinate reordering as needed. Based on general knowledge.

Support internal teams with clerical tasks and special projects. Based on general knowledge.

Maintain accurate records and assist with updating office databases or tracking logs. Based on general knowledge.

Ensure professional communication with customers, vendors, and employees at all times. Based on general knowledge.
