Job Description

Description We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our office in Wilmington, Delaware. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to help ensure a positive and efficient office environment. Key Responsibilities:
+ Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Based on general knowledge. + Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Based on general knowledge. + Maintain the front desk area so it remains clean, organized, and welcoming. Based on general knowledge. + Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Based on general knowledge. + Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations. Based on general knowledge. + Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation. Requirements Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required. Based on general knowledge. + 1+ years of receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Based on general knowledge. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. Based on general knowledge. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
