In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and callers alike. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow with ability to use EMR computer skills. Being bilingual is important. Optical sales experience is mandatory. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle front desk responsibilities, including checking in visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to keep office records accurate and organized Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and supply inventory oversight Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative functions Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with front desk operations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse client interactions Experience with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks is preferred Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and enthusiasm will make a meaningful difference every day!
