Responsibilities:
Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. Book travel arrangements and prepare itineraries so off-site meetings go smoothly Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, providing a warm and professional experience Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate team members Greet and assist clients and guests arriving at the office Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor orders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room usage Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, scanning, filing, photocopying, and record management Assist with firm events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed Support attorneys and staff with special projects and assigned administrative tasks Maintain organized office systems and ensure common areas remain professional and welcoming Assist leadership with operational and administrative initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
