We are currently seeking a proactive, experienced, and customer-focused Front Desk Manager for our Boca Raton location. About the
Role:
As the Front Desk Manager, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a seamless client experience. You'll oversee daily operations, manage client interactions, and contribute to sales growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
prior experience as a front desk receptionist Sales skills Strong focus on customer service Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Pleasant and professional phone demeanor Strong attention to detail, ability to follow up and follow through and complete work on time Proficient in CRMs and Practice Management systems Bilingual in Spanish Must be proficient with computers and general office equipment Ability to work in a fast pace environment Team player Responsibilities/Duties (including but not limited to): Using CRMs and Practice Management systems Inbound and Outbound phone calls Greet customers and visitors and answer their general office questions Register customers, verify and update data, assist customers in completing forms and document all the information received Explains services to the customers, collect payments Monitor and schedule customers and providers appointments Answer, screen and direct telephone calls, emails, text messages, messages from social media platforms Maintain work area and lobby in a neat and orderly manner at all times General office work
