Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Associate (Bilingual - English & Portuguese)
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and sales-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming experience for clients while supporting sales of services and products.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and provide excellent customer service Manage appointments, check-ins, check-outs, and phone calls Promote and sell services, packages, and retail products Process payments and maintain accurate records Keep the front desk area clean and organized Support the team with daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Portuguese Strong communication and sales skills Customer-focused, reliable, and professional Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Previous front desk, customer service, or sales experience not required but preferred
Compensation:
Pay will be discussed during the interview Commission and sales incentives available in addition to base pay If you enjoy working with people, are motivated by sales, and want to be part of a beauty-focused team, we'd love to hear from you.
