$17-$18 per hour Position Overview Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, residents, families, and staff, you will play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our facility. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors warmly as they enter and exit the facility Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system and take accurate messages Monitor and track all individuals entering and leaving the premises Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and faxing Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries with attention to detail Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with additional office tasks and projects as needed Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of receptionist or clerical experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, welcoming, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong time management skills Flexible and willing to assist with additional duties as assigned Benefits Comprehensive Medical & Dental Coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Recognition Program Supportive and team-oriented work environment Company perks and employee discounts At Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center, we take pride in creating a caring and supportive environment for both our residents and employees.
