FULL TIME

work in a friendly, team oriented environment at our established, "small animal" veterinary practice in Boca Raton, Fl. This position will be for roughly 40 hours per week.

Applicants must have:

a professional attitude with face to face veterinary customer service experience and/or previous veterinary technician experience. Cornerstone software knowledge is a plus but not necessary. Computer literacy. a love for animals and be organized and meticulous with details. Additionally, the candidate should be friendly, cheerful, outgoing, compassionate and respectful and have the ability to work as a team player. The Veterinary Receptionist's duties include, but are not limited to: multiple phone line management, greeting clients/patients, scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out of hospital, and faxing/filing/scanning documents.
