This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, 100% bilingual(English/Spanish), and committed to providing outstanding service both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document preparation)
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, celebrations, gatherings.
- Support internal departments with administrative needs as required
- Perform nearby quick errands when required
- Maintain office, breakroom, and facility supply inventory levels and coordinate timely purchasing of all required materials and supplies through approved vendors such as Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, and other suppliers.
- Receive and organize store purchased items in their proper designated locations.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee, water, snacks, paper goods, and other office essentials to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.
- Maintain conference rooms and common office areas clean, organized, and prepared before and after meetings.
- Assist in maintaining organization and cleanliness of supply rooms, storage areas, and administrative spaces throughout the Management facility.
- Track office supply usage and proactively reorder materials as needed to support daily operations.
- Support general office upkeep and operational readiness for employees, visitors, and management.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Qualifications & Skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and people skills
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic administrative or receptionist experience preferred
- Reliable transportation Work Environment Office-based role in a manufacturing environment with frequent interaction with employees, customers, and vendors. Benefits
