• Part-time, Full-time The ability to greet clients with in a friendly professional manner and performs basic reception duties as follows:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Professionally greeting and welcoming clients 2. Answers phone calls and responds to emails with professionalism and correct etiquette 3. Scheduling appointments using the designated software 4. Issuing invoices for treatment 5. Knowledge of scheduling appointments with correct timing and urgency 6. Receiving and verifying invoices after each appointment 7. Knowledge of Care credit, merchant services, and phone software or the equivalent that the facility uses 8. Over seeing the sale of the items sold by the practice 9. Knowledge of practice protocols when seeing an emergency 10. The ability to manage difficult situations/clients 11. The ability to resolve difficult situations 12. Understanding the protocol of end of day checks and balances 13. The ability to work well with others 14. Keeping a clean and organized work area 15. Responsible for cleaning/trash and bathrooms in the front area

Education/Experience:

High diploma or equivalent. Preferred, one-two years of related training or experience

Language Ability:

The ability to interpret medical records, maintenance logs, and protocol manuals. The ability to write legibly and speak effectively in front of clients and coworkers.

Reasoning Ability:

The ability to apply common sense understanding to written or verbal form. Ability to respond to situations according to protocol.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must have basic to moderate understanding of computers.
