The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial support services to Administrator and other managers as designated; responsible for handling incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors. •

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED Strong Communication Skills(Written and Oral) Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction The ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other facility staff.
