Job Description
About the Role Preferred Touch is hiring an Office Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our Brandon, FL office. This is an entry-level position—perfect for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and eager to grow with our team. You will be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, and you'll help keep our office running smoothly with routine administrative support. What You'll Do Greet visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner Answer and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages Assist Spanish-speaking visitors and callers in their preferred language Schedule and confirm appointments Sort and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries Perform routine office tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk and reception area Order and restock office supplies as needed Provide general administrative support to staff and management Other related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For Bilingual:
must be fluent in Spanish and English (required) High school diploma or equivalent Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented attitude Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using computers, email, and basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through on details Dependable, punctual, and a team player No prior office experience required—we are happy to train the right candidateSchedule Full-time:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Part-time schedule available—hours can be worked out with the right candidate Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $14.00 per hour Medical insurance Paid time off (full-time) Flexible schedule options We look forward to welcoming a positive, motivated team member to our Brandon office!Pay:
