Job Description
Front desk Receptionist needed for our radiology center. We are seeking friendly applicants with good communication skills, accuracy, responsibility and ability to multi-task. We welcome your application! Training available!

- Monday
- Friday
- 7AM•3:30PM (Shifts vary)
Responsibilities:
- Check patients in and out for appointments
- Schedule appointments
- Provide excellent patient service to each patient either in the office or over the phone
- Answer phone calls
- Scan chart documents
- Update existing patient information, including insurance and demographics
- Process incoming faxes and distribute to providers and staff
- Confirm next day appointments
Service Delivery Expectations:
Customer service oriented. Team player. Works within specified deadlines and stressful situations. Be professional and cautious. Arrive at workstation on time, ready to work, and demonstrates minimal absenteeism.Language:
