Job Description
As the Receptionist at Nordis Technologies, you are more than the front desk presence, you are the first connection people have with our organization and a key driver of day-to-day employee experience. Responsibilities Be the welcoming face of the organization, greeting visitors, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalism Represent the company's culture and brand in every interaction Maintain a clean, organized, and visually engaging front desk and common areas Create an environment that feels inviting, polished, and ready for both employees and guests Anticipate needs and proactively enhance the workplace experience Manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency Route inquiries thoughtfully and provide accurate, helpful information Take and relay messages with strong attention to detail Manage snack and office supply inventory, including ordering, restocking, and organization Partner with vendors or internal teams to ensure the office is always well-stocked and running smoothly Contribute to a seamless and productive work environment Participate in internal voting processes and client-related requirements Ensure timely, accurate completion of assigned activities Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in reception or administrative support Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities with accuracy Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Comfort with office technology, phone systems, and Microsoft Office toolsRequired Skills/Abilities:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Hands on experience with office equipment (i.e. copy machines and printers) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Demonstrates flexibility to changing tasks and responsibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plusPhysical Requirements:
