Job Description

Full job description American Marine Construction is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, maintaining communication, and helping ensure the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, able to multitask. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage office emails and correspondence Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Assist with filing, data entry, and document organization Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed Support office staff with administrative tasks Prepare and process invoices and other paperwork Maintain clean and organized reception and office areas Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Assist with customer service inquiries and follow-up communication Preferred Skills Must have a friendly and welcoming personality Willing to train the right person QuickBooks experience preferred (not required) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
