This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for both financial growth and career advancement within a fast-growing veterinary practice. We believe in promoting from within and providing motivated team members with opportunities to expand their responsibilities, increase their earning potential, and grow into leadership roles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and finding solutions for clients. The successful candidate will be comfortable discussing financing options, assisting with administrative projects, supporting our reception team, and helping drive practice growth through exceptional client service. Duties Responsibilities Assist clients in obtaining financing for veterinary treatments through CareCredit, Cherry, All Pet Card, and other payment solutions. Educate clients on available payment options and guide them through the application process. Help increase treatment acceptance by connecting clients with financing solutions that fit their needs. Generate and maintain reports as requested by management. Assist with account reconciliation and financial tracking projects. Support front desk operations during busy periods, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting clients. Follow up with clients regarding estimates, deposits, financing applications, and approved treatment plans. Assist with special projects, promotions, and business initiatives. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for clients and their pets. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Extroverted, energetic, and confident personality. Previous sales, financing, customer service, banking, insurance, or relationship-building experience preferred. Comfortable discussing financial options with clients. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented and able to work independently. Proficient with computers and willing to learn veterinary software. Veterinary experience is a plus but not required. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Loves talking to people and building relationships.
