We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organized Receptionist / Showroom Coordinator to become the face of our company and provide exceptional customer service while supporting our sales, design, purchasing, and installation teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants opportunities to grow into showroom sales and product consulting. Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years of Receptionist experience Authorized to work in the United States for any employer Valid Driver's License High School Diploma or GED required Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience using Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Sheets, Docs) Excellent typing, communication, and organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable attendance and punctuality Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet showroom visitors warmly and professionally Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Direct customers to the appropriate sales consultant or designer Create a positive first impression for every customer Appointment Management Schedule and confirm: o In-home consultations o Window measurements o Installation appointments o Service appointments Manage appointment calendars Send reminders and follow-up communications Administrative Support Maintain an organized and professional reception area Handle incoming and outgoing mail Manage office supplies Filing, scanning, data entry, and document management Prepare reports and spreadsheets Sales & Design Support Process customer orders Create invoices and purchase orders Assist with preparing customer quotes Enter and confirm orders Support design and purchasing departments Coordinate communications with vendors and customers Installation & Service Coordination Schedule installers and sales team appointments Coordinate deliveries Track customer orders Manage service calls and repairs Follow up with customers regarding installations and service requests Showroom Maintenance Maintain fabric library
Organize:
o Fabric samples o Flooring samples o Catalogs o Product displays Ensure showroom displays remain clean and presentable Marketing & Social Media Support Help maintain company social media platforms: o Facebook o Instagram o Google Business Profile o TikTok Monitor online reviews Respond professionally to customer reviews Desired Skills Outstanding customer service skills Strong multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication Attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Problem-solving mindset Professional and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail, home furnishings, interior design, flooring, cabinetry, furniture, or window treatments Knowledge of blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, or interior decorating Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software Social media management experience Career Growth Opportunity The successful candidate will receive training on our window treatment products and will have the opportunity to assist customers with showroom sales and product selection.
