As a Hospital Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and loving environment for our furry patients while providing caring and friendly customer service to our hospital clients. Key Responsibilities for a

Provide excellent, friendly, and caring customer service Have experience in an animal hospital (preferred) Experience with AVIMARK software is a plus Answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform data entry Handle end-of-day transactions and call clients back as needed Send appointment reminders and update patient charts Process payments (credit cards, posting, recording payments) Keep reception area clean at all times
