Job Title:

Cashier/Receptionist•

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVENING SHIFT AND SATURDAYS

Duties:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments
• Provide information about products and services to customers
• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Schedule appointments for customers as needed

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills to manage customer transactions effectively
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Experience in electronics sales or jewelry sales is a plus
