Our team is driven by service, performance, and creating memorable guest experiences. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Tour Receptionist to join our team. Position Summary The Tour Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests attending vacation ownership presentations. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, coordinating tour flow, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities Welcome and check in guests for scheduled tours and presentations Verify guest information and maintain accurate records Assist guests with payments, pre-authorizations, reservations, and local recommendations Answer incoming phone calls and assist with guest inquiries Prepare and distribute daily tour reports and production updates Communicate tour counts and updates to Sales Management throughout the day Coordinate gift distribution for new owners and tour guests Maintain communication with leadership regarding special tour arrangements or guest needs Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and resort amenities Assist with opening and closing procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Support administrative projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous customer service, front desk, hospitality, administrative, or receptionist experience preferred Experience in the vacation ownership, timeshare, hotel, or hospitality industry is strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office Professional appearance and positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:
