We are a busy and upscale nail salon located in the heart of Doral, FL. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and a luxury pampering experience. We are currently looking for a motivated, energetic, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our amazing team!

$[13.00 - $18.00] per hour

FL Responsibilities :
Greet clients warmly as they walk through the door and manage the check-in/check-out process. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and book appointments accurately using our salon software Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area. Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently. Coordinate scheduling between clients and nail technicians to ensure a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Language:
Fluent in English. Spanish bilingual is highly preferred (due to our Doral clientele). Experience in salon reception, hospitality, or customer service is a big plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate! Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
