Front Desk Receptionist

About Us:

Hot Paws Pet Resort is a busy, upbeat facility providing top-notch boarding, grooming, and daycare services for dogs. We're looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to be the first smile customers see when they walk through our doors. This is NOT a seasonal or summer-only position. Applicants must be 18 or older to apply.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and check pets in and out Book appointments and manage customer info in our system Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle daily data entry Record feeding, medication, and grooming instructions Keep the front office clean, organized, and welcoming Handle payment processing and maintain cash drawer Provide outstanding customer service and follow up as needed Occasionally assist in transporting pets to/from the facility

What We're Looking For:

Outgoing and friendly personality Excellent communication skills Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, organized, and punctual Comfortable around dogs of all breeds and sizes

Work Schedule:

This role includes rotating shifts. Must be available for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

Daily operations run between: Monday

• Friday:

  6:20 AM
• 5:45 PM or 8:20 PM
• 9:30

PM Saturday:

6:50 AM

• 1:00 PM or 6:20 PM
• 8:30

PM Sunday:

6:50 AM

• 12:00 PM or 6:20 PM
• 8:30
