Job Description
Overview Do you enjoy making customers laugh & smile? Do you believe a customer will return if they had a great experience? We've been in business almost 70 years because we understand the value of our customers. You must have a creative side to be successful. Duties Daily interactions with customers include making them smile. Answering incoming phones with a smile. Processing customer payments from the parts counter. Assisting accounting team with scanning and other office clerical work. Qualifications You must be able to make the customer smile. Personal satisfaction from providing excellent customer service. Ability to multi-task. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. You will enjoy coming to work every day.
