Fort Myers, FL Job Details Part-time $15 - $19 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Phone communication Computer literacy Spreadsheets Administrative experience Data entry Multi-line phone systems Clerical experience Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. This energetic role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help create a professional and friendly atmosphere for visitors, clients, and team members. Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls and direct to appropriate parties Greet visitors upon arrival for closing, agents, etc. Coordinate conference room calendar for scheduled meetings Review/respond to all incoming emails Process new listings in appFiles, check that all paperwork is completed, generate VIP welcome letter and order Mayfair letter Daily monitoring of Appfiles status changes, extensions, withdrawals and terminated listings Add/Edit showing instructions in Showing Time and follow up on all scheduled showings Order up/down For Sale Signs from our local vendor and properly track in system Manage storage and tracking of all Supra boxes Input Floor Duty schedule to appFiles calendar Handle all incoming and outgoing mail - postage machine and account tracking Data entry for open houses in Excel Spreadsheet and MLS Add client testimonials to agent website Notify agent of upcoming listing expirations Handle bank bag with Edison courier Email weekly floor reminder to agents Make sure conference rooms are neat and tidy throughout the day and at the end of every shift. Stock with notepad, pens, magazine Complete any other additional tasks that may be assigned (mailers for agents, etc.) Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience working at a front desk or in a customer service capacity is highly desirable. Strong phone etiquette skills.
Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
