About us Riverdale Veterinary clinic is a small business in Fort Myers, FL. We are engaging, fast-paced and challenging.

We are currently seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our award-winning team. The right person for this position will have extensive customer service experience, a deep understanding of veterinary medicine and an interest in promoting our culture of teamwork and respect.
Responsibilities:
Answer telephone and schedule appointments. Schedule visits for pet owners and explain their options. Answer common questions about animal care. Process payment for services, medications, and laboratory tests;. Assist with Veterinary techniscian and Veterinarian when needed. Qualifications Veterinary experience and knowledge of veterinary terminology Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients Proficient in animal handling and restraint techniques Experience in pet care and animal husbandry Familiarity with medical collection processes and laboratory experience is a plus Additional skills in dog training or grooming are advantageous
Job Types:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
