Body Shop Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly-driven Body Shop Receptionist to join our growing dealership's team. You will be responsible for coordinating incoming requests made via telephone or online, booking appointments and acting as a first point of contact for customers. Top candidates will be professional and personable individuals, with a passion for great customer service.

Body Shop Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound phone calls and Internet inquiries. Logging customer details and comments in our system. Scheduling appointments. Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products & services. Treating all clientele with courtesy and respect. Adhering to all company policies, procedures & Customer Service standards. Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our Body Shop experience. Assisting with various other tasks at the Body Shop.

Body Shop Customer Service Representative Requirements:

Call Center experience a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, with an ability to learn quickly. Proficient with Microsoft Office software and the internet. Professional and personable demeanor.
