This is not a traditional front desk position. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping clients take the next step in their wellness journey. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, organized, and comfortable discussing memberships, packages, wellness programs, and client goals.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and support clients throughout their experience
  • Manage appointments, calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Follow up with leads and prospective clients
  • Convert consultations into memberships, packages, and wellness programs
  • Educate clients on our services and offerings
  • Support sales targets and business growth
  • Assist with client files, reporting, and daily operations
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming environment

  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Confident speaking with people and building rapport
  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, concierge, wellness, fitness, or customer service
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by results
