This dynamic role combines customer service excellence with administrative efficiency, creating a welcoming environment for clients while ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills, a passion for wellness, and the ability to connect with diverse clients in a fast-paced setting. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for guests and play a vital role in delivering exceptional spa experiences. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and guiding them through check-in procedures. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, appointment scheduling, and client follow-ups with professionalism and courtesy. Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance client engagement and sales. Maintain accurate appointment calendars using Google Workspace or similar tools, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimal conflicts. Process transactions accurately using QuickBooks or comparable point-of-sale software, including payments, refunds, and receipts. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and managing client records with attention to detail. Support office management duties including inventory tracking, maintaining cleanliness of the front desk area, and assisting with clerical responsibilities as needed. Requirements Proven experience working at a front desk or in office management roles within a customer service environment. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting. Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to provide outstanding customer support over the phone and in person. Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and time management skills. Previous experience with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
