Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong clerical skills, effective time management, and the ability to communicate clearly. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette. Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently. Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records. Create and send referrals for patients Support medical reception duties if applicable, including patient check-in processes. Handle billing inquiries and assist with QuickBooks as needed. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines). Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory.
