Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our academy. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, coordinate appointments, and provide exceptional customer service. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations while supporting our team and families. Responsibilities Greet visitors, parents, and staff warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Answer and direct all incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and administrative needs Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading Assist with office management tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing supplies Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and effectively Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative functions Experience Previous office or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred Strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette essential Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse families Knowledge of office management practices, customer support techniques, and basic bookkeeping is advantageous Join us at International Children's Academy to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to enriching young minds while providing outstanding support to our community!
