In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, creating a welcoming and organized environment. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will ensure smooth daily operations. This paid position offers an opportunity to contribute to a caring community dedicated to enhancing residents' quality of life. Responsibilities Greet residents, visitors, and staff warmly, providing exceptional customer service and support. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading. Handle administrative tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling.. Support office management duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Assist with resident check-in/check-out procedures and ensure compliance with facility policies. Provide support for clerical tasks like typing correspondence, managing emails via Google Workspace, and supporting customer support needs. Requirements Proven experience in front desk or office management roles within healthcare or assisted living environments preferred. Must have a Background check level 2 passed. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems; bilingual abilities. Previous clerical or administrative experience demonstrating attention to detail and proofreading capabilities. Ability to handle customer support interactions with professionalism and empathy in a fast-paced setting. Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous.
