Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Cardiology Team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. You will manage a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate office operations, and support overall office efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy Prior experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and staff Strong typing skills along with data entry accuracy and proofreading capabilities Previous experience in medical or cardiology receptionist roles is advantageous but not required — preferably cardiology experience Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional appearance Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Duties Utilize software tools like ECW and CareTracker and other computer applications to streamline daily operations. Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and maintain a professional front desk presence Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming emails and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and accurate message delivery Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure all documents are proofread for accuracy Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and assist with meeting preparations Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventories, and overseeing general administrative functions Join our team today to be part of an energetic workplace where your organizational talents make a real difference!
