Job Description

Support the Builder Services Division by assisting the Sales Team and managing guest interactions at a residential master-planned community, Watersound Origins. Key Responsibilities Guest Relations & Registration (60%) Serve as the first point of contact for all guests at the Sales Discovery Center. Greet, acknowledge, and register visitors professionally. Check CRM (Salesforce/BT) to verify guest registration and update as needed. Transition guests to the appropriate Community Sales Agent. Record notes and relevant information in CRM; accuracy is crucial. Front Desk & Communication Manage incoming phone calls, online leads, and walk-in guests. Handle multiple tasks and solve problems while maintaining professionalism. Sales Center & Model Home Maintenance (20%) Maintain and restock brochures and sales materials. Perform light cleaning (sweeping, trash, tidying). Open and prepare model homes for showings (lights on, report issues) - must have a vehicle to drive to the model homes. Close model homes at the end of the day (lights off, secure property). Administrative Support (20%) Assist Sales/Operations Manager and Sales Team with tasks like creating spreadsheets, filing, ordering supplies, and taking photos. Prepare and submit daily traffic reports through MS Excel. Take on other duties as requested. Performance Expectations Deliver results on time with professionalism and quality. Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, clients, and partners. Continuously develop technical and professional skills. Follow all company policies, including confidentiality, attendance, and safety procedures.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in customer service and administrative roles (real estate or community sales preferred).
Skills:
Strong, accurate data entry required. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Quick to learn and master CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus). Typing speed of 45+ wpm. Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. High attention to detail and accuracy.

Inlet Beach, FL 32461 — reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
