This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Handle all front desk duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing calendars. Support office management by overseeing supply inventory, maintaining cleanliness of the reception area, and assisting with clerical duties such as scanning and mailing. Provide customer support by answering inquiries via phone or email promptly, offering information or directing requests to appropriate personnel. Experience Prior experience in clerical work, or as a receptionist is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients. Experience working in healthcare settings such as dental or medical reception is advantageous but not required. Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers and scanners is desirable. Proven ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
